The Office of Recovery Services and most law firms do a decent job collecting with their limited tools and processes. CHILD SUPPORT & ALIMONY
If you are owed unpaid child support or alimony, Utah law allows you to obtain a collection fee judgment equal to 40% of the unpaid alimony and child support principal. If the unpaid child support or alimony has not yet been reduced to a sum-specific judgment, I can help you after you have obtained a judgment either with the help of an attorney or by following the steps located on the state court webpage at https://www.utcourts.gov/en/legal-help/legal-help/procedures/filing/motions/enforcement.html.

OTHER CIVIL JUDGMENTS
I can enforce any money judgment entered by a Utah court. If you don't want to pay out-of-pocket attorney's fees and post-judgment costs of collection, I can collect on a commission basis.
